BIBC Office Buildings for Rent- Geneva, Switzerland

BIBC main objective is to offer offices floor for in several new office buildings located on the same site and integrating the most recent buildings systems and technologies to answer all potential clients needs.
In this respect, every office building within the Blandonnet International Business Centre incoporates not only office floors but also conference rooms, underground parking and storage areas, with a total build area of above 80'000 m2. These office buildings are implemented in successive stages:
1st stage: office buildings DEF of approximately 22'000 m2 above ground completed in late 1997 and entirely rented.
2nd stage: office buildings ABC and H of approximately 40'000 m2 above ground being developed now, of which:

- office buildings ABC of approximately 29'000 m2 above ground now under construction and offered for rent, per office floor of about 1'400 m2 gross to be completed on November 15, 2001.

- office building H of approximately 11'000 m2 above ground to be offered for rent or sale in 2001, with office floor of about 1'050 m2 gross.
